Walk-in || Reliability Engineer

The Reliability Engineer is responsible for enhancing asset performance and production efficiency through data-driven reliability strategies. This role involves analyzing production downtime events, conduct failure analysis, supporting maintenance optimization, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to improve equipment integrity and reduce downtime. The engineer will apply statistical methods and reliability tools to identify trends, assess risk, and recommend corrective actions. Proficiency in CMMS platforms and structured data analysis is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in process equipment, a deep understanding of failure mechanisms, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Field experience and familiarity with industry standards are highly desirable.
