Role & responsibilities

• Welcoming the customer on-board and create a Member Profile.
• Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.
• Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members, and creating success stories.
• Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right Assisted experience and delivering quality service.
• Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up
