Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely loan repayment and minimize defaults.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, referrals, and market research.
  
• Conduct financial analysis of customer creditworthiness using various parameters such as income, assets, debts, employment history, etc.
  
• Develop strong understanding of housing finance products including home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), DSA (Direct Sales Agent) schemes.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan processing.
