Home Loan Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Home Loan products through various channels.
• Identify and approach potential customers for home loan requirements.
• Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Collect and verify customer documents as per company requirements.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents and loan approvals.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain regular updates and reports on leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Candidates with experience in Home Loan, LAP, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Ability to work on targets and handle customer interactions effectively.
