Key Responsibilities & Products:

• Loan Operations: Responsible for smooth Loan Disbursement and ensuring 100% Collection.
• Loan Portfolio: Managing Microfinance JLG Loan, Gold Loan, Personal Loan, and CDL (Consumer Durable Loan).
• Deposits: Handling Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD).

Salary & Benefits:

• During Training: 15,000/- per month
• Post-Training Salary: 20,000/- to 30,000/- per month + Attractive Incentives
• Appraisal: Performance-based Yearly Increment

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter)
• Valid Driving License (DL)
• Android Smartphone
• Good knowledge of the local Nagpur/Dabha area
