WE RECRUIT FOR RELATIONSHIP OFFICER BANKING SALES EXECUTIVE: DESIGNATION: Relationship Officer LOCATION: Whitefield, marthalli, indiranagar, itpl, hal, kr puram, mg road, sahakar nagar, kalyan nagar, peenya, sanjay nagar, rt nagar, hebbal

WORKING TIMINGS: 9:30am to 6:30pm

WORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Generate leads for personal loans and home loans through field activities and referrals.
• Meet potential customers and explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and benefits.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Conduct market visits, cold calling, and customer meetings to generate new business.
• Follow up with customers throughout the loan approval process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Nature of Job:Pure sales role.
