Walk-in || Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Fixing appointments, directly calling prospective customers and pitching the Elite packages & services.
• Giving a presentation (via phone/whatsapp/email, etc) about the services we offer.
• Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers and to close prospective leads.
• Handling inquiries with regard to product, pricing, customer relations and complaints.
• Utilizing effective selling approaches to meet sales targets.
• Maintaining good rapport with the member;

Preferred candidate profile

• Be fluent in English and the relevant regional language, such as Tamil for Tamil Nadu or Malayalam for Kerala.
• Have outbound call-centre experience.
• Have hands-on dialer experience mandatory.
• Possess strong communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Have a telesales or sales background.
