Walk-in || Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with insurance companies, clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for survey assignments and claim-related requirements.
• Receive and record new assignments and ensure the required information/documents are collected.
• Coordinate with surveyors for allocation, inspection schedules, status updates, and report submission.
• Follow up with surveyors and clients to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Maintain an updated claim/assignment tracker and provide daily/weekly status reports to management.
• Communicate with clients regarding survey schedules, document requirements, and claim-related updates.
• Coordinate internally with surveyors, operations, accounts, and management for smooth claim processing.
• Monitor pending cases and proactively follow up for closure.
• Prepare MIS reports, correspondence, emails, and other client-related documentation.
• Handle client queries professionally and escalate critical issues to the concerned authority.
• Maintain proper records of assignments, communications, documents, and reports.
• Support management in improving client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in business development by maintaining existing client relationships and identifying potential business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Insurance or Management will be an advantage.
• 14 years of experience in insurance, claims, customer relationship management, coordination, banking, broking, or corporate operations preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook/email communication.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Professional and confident personality.
• Willingness to coordinate with clients and surveyors over phone/email.
