Roles and Responsibilities

Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting and selling various banking loan and insurance products to new and existing customers. The role involves lead generation, customer acquisition, relationship management, documentation support, follow-ups..

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, telle calling, and customer references.
• Promote and sell banking products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, and other financial products.
• Explain insurance products, policy benefits, coverage, terms, and conditions to customers.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan and insurance products.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
• Assist customers with loan applications, KYC, documentation, and application processing.
• Follow up with customers regularly to ensure timely closure of loan and insurance applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify cross-selling and up selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM or banking systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and sales procedures.

Requirements

• Any Bachelors Degree or Diploma.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or sales is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
