WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in HL / LAP / Secured Lending
NBFC / Housing Finance experience preferred
Strong customer acquisition and field sales skills
Ability to develop new customer and market opportunities
Good DSA / Channel Partner relationship management
Target-oriented approach with strong business focus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate business through HL & LAP products
Acquire new customers through direct and channel sourcing
Build and maintain DSA / Channel Partner relationships
Conduct market visits and develop new business opportunities
Manage the complete sales process from sourcing to disbursement
Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other teams
Ensure achievement of business and disbursement targets
