Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to manage client relationships and drive business across financial products and services, including Mutual Funds, PMS, Broking & Trading, Demat Accounts, GST, RTA services, and Attestation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Generate business through Mutual Funds, PMS, Broking & Trading, and Demat Account products.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial products/services.
• Drive cross-selling and up-selling across the company's product portfolio.
• Assist clients with GST, RTA, and Attestation-related services.
• Ensure regular client follow-ups and provide timely service support.
• Meet assigned sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain strong knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, documentation, and transaction processing.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• 15 years of relevant experience in Broking, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, PMS, BFSI, or Financial Services.
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in direct sales and client acquisition will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Demat, Trading, Mutual Funds, PMS, RTA, GST, and related financial services will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
