Walk-in || Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Life Insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Generate leads through branch walk-ins and customer referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
• Ensure quality customer service and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with bank officials to maximize business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in Bancassurance, Life Insurance, Banking Sales, Financial Services, CASA, or Direct Sales.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong customer-centric approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently working in Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Telecom Sales, Wealth Management, or Retail Sales.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Self-motivated and target-driven individuals.
