Walk-in || Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Understanding the customer requirement accurately
• Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.
• Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them
• Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
• Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up
• Converting prospects into Sales (Renewals/Referrals etc.)

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent verbal & written communication, fluency in the regional language, proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
• Punctuality & Presentation skills
• Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills
• Ability to read/interact to understand the client requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Graduation & 02 Years minimum experience in Sales Domain.
