Walk-in || Relationship Manager - Tele Sales (MSME Business Loans)

Role Overview

We are hiring Relationship Managers - Tele Sales who enjoy building long-term relationships with MSME customers, onboarding new customers and retaining existing ones. You will own the loan journey from sourcing to disbursal and act as a trusted advisor to every client.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Own and manage end-to-end loan origination, from sourcing to disbursal.

- Process loan applications received through channel partners.

- Understand client requirements, gather information and process applications with client experience as the top priority.

- Appraise applications on various parameters and ensure all credit parameters are met.

- Call customers and explain the loan procedure from lead to disbursal.

- Coordinate with Credit Risk, Quality Check, Operations and documentation teams across the application journey

- Work within the laid-down framework and ensure 100% compliance

- Complete daily tasks on time and meet TAT benchmarks on loan processing

- Act as an advisor to the client

Desired Candidate Profile

- Freshers with excellent communication skills, or 6 months to 1 year of experience in financial services (Banks/NBFC) managing the customer journey from lead generation to disbursement.

- B.Com or Masters in Finance - Hands-on experience selling services to customers

- Regular and reliable attendance
