Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager Royale to manage and grow relationships with affluent customers. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, portfolio management, customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with affluent and high-value customers.
Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand customers' financial needs and provide suitable banking and financial product solutions.
Achieve business targets related to CASA, Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Loans.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and cross-selling banking products.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate / MBA.
Experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Relationship Management.
Experience in handling affluent or premium banking customers will be preferred.
Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
Good customer-handling and business development abilities.
