Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage home loan leads provided by the company.
• Connect with customers and understand their home loan requirements. (Field Sales)
• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
• Handle the complete process from login to disbursement.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct field visits as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate / 12th Pass.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
• Knowledge of home loans or financial products is an advantage.
