Walk-in || Relationship Manager ( Home Loan Sales )

Role & responsibilities

• Open Market Lead Generation: Conduct daily field visits to generate fresh leads through cold canvassing, local area mapping, and open-market sourcing.
• Channel Partner Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate builders, brokers, property agents, and contractors to establish a steady referral stream.
• Direct Customer Pitching: Meet potential borrowers face-to-face, evaluate their financial requirements, and pitch suitable Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Documentation & Onboarding: Assist customers in gathering required KYC, income, and property documents; ensure error-free loan file submissions.
• End-to-End Coordination: Liaise with internal credit, legal, and technical valuation teams to resolve queries and ensure quick loan approval and disbursement.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan volumes and revenue.

Preferred candidate profile

EducationHigh School Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Commerce, or related fields.

ExperienceProven track record in field sales, direct sales (DST), or open-market financial sourcing.

SkillsExcellent negotiation, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills.

MobilityOwn two-wheeler vehicle and valid driving license (Mandatory for field coverage).
