Walk-in || Relationship Manager Business Loan

Business Relationship Manager (BRM) Business Loans at Kotak Mahindra Bank manages unsecured and secured business loan portfolios, working independently to source clients, build trust, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Sourcing & Management: Acquire new customers for unsecured and secured business loans, overdraft (OD) facilities, and related credit products.
• Channel & DSA Coordination: Work closely with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, tele-calling teams, and branch banking networks to drive new customer additions.
• Relationship Building: Establish direct contact with key decision-makers, promoters, and CFOs in target business segments to foster long-term loyalty.
• Cross-Selling: Pitch and cross-sell ancillary banking products such as Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Life Insurance, and General Insurance.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor local market competition, study competitor offerings, and enhance the visibility and penetration of the Kotak Mahindra Bank brand in the assigned geography.
• Compliance & Coordination: Ensure proper documentation, adherence to KYC norms, and smooth coordination with credit, risk, operations, and legal teams for application processing.

Core Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Typically requires 1 to 7 years of sales or relationship management experience in banking and financial services (BFSI).
• Local Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local geography, commercial ecosystem, and customer base.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities with a strong aptitude for financial analysis and credit risk awareness.
