Job Description

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Source business through branches and the open market.
• Interact with customers and explain the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, branches, and managers.
• Handle end-to-end customer documentation.
• Conduct and participate in activities/events to support business development.
• Update leads, lead tracking, and business tracking on a daily basis.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the prescribed guidelines and established processes.
• Achieve assigned business and sales targets.

Candidate Eligibility

• Any graduate can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates should have good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
• Male candidates preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: 17,000 per month
• Training Allowance: 2,000 per month, applicable for up to 6 months
• Performance Incentives: Up to 1,00,000
