Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with builders and developers.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospective developer clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, promoters and senior decision-makers.
• Negotiate, close deals and drive business growth.
• Coordinate with the design team to create lucrative packages and solutions for developers.
• Host and coordinate events for developer clients.
• Maintain accurate records of existing and prospective developers for alliance strategies.
• Ensure daily targets and regular follow-ups are consistently achieved.
• Identify innovative opportunities to expand the developer partnership network.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in developer relations, builder/channel partnerships, B2B sales or the home/interior design industry.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and closing skills.
• Comfortable interacting with builders, developers, promoters and senior executives.
• Strong communication and business development skills.
• Relevant regional language proficiency is mandatory, as mentioned above.
