Walk-in || Recruiter

Role Overview: We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in Sales/BDE, Operations Hiring, volume hiring and campus recruitment. The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple positions across different locations and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for B2B, B2C Sales, BDE, TeleSales/Inside Sales, Operations positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Handle PAN India hiring across mutiple cities.
• Drive campus hiring by connecting with colleges, placement officers and institutions.
• Screen candidates based on role requirements and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers/BH and ensure timely feedback.
• Follow up with selected candidates and drive offer-to-joining conversion.
• Support recruitment drives, walk-ins and campus recruitment activities.
• Track daily/weekly hiring progress against targets and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring Sales/BDE requirements.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience in Sales/BDE recruitment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in volume hiring.
• Experience handling multi-location hiring.
• Exposure to campus hiring and college coordination.
• Good sourcing skills through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with tight hiring timelines.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment trackers and MIS
