Function/Department: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition

Role Description: Recruitment Executive is responsible to ensure there is a sufficient pool of talent possessing the appropriate skills, knowledge and understanding to effectively address the business's requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Collaborate closely with managers to ensure that the requirements and expectations of the job are adequately understood.
• Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job.
• Complete all pre-screening and screening activities for prospective employees, which may include contacting former employers and conducting background checks
• Manage and process all hiring documentation for new employees, while also providing support during the orientation process.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both hiring managers and prospective candidates.
• Conduct thorough industry research to acquire in-depth knowledge and proactively identify innovative sourcing strategies for talent acquisition.

Expected/Key Results

• Execution of ideas generated as measured through number of transformational / process improvement projects
• Impact assessment of transformational / process improvement projects on business metrics 
• Implementation of Project Evolve in own span and its impact
• Team’s Impact as assessed by the number of ideas generated by team / function

Preferred Educational Qualifications                

• Graduate

Preferred Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of expeirence in BPO volume hiring

Competencies & Skills

• Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Knowledge of different recruitment methods, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Familiarity with industry-specific hiring trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Ability to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Analytical skills to track and report on recruitment metrics.
• Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
