Role: IT Recruiter/Technical Recruiter

Experience : 2-3 Years

Location: Chennai (WFO)

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment and professional staffing(Contract Hiring) from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Submit suitable profiles to clients and follow up on interviews, feedback, offers, and joining.
• Manage multiple IT requirements and maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with clients, candidates, and internal HR teams.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closure of open positions.
