About the Role

Tech Mahindra is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Recruiter Associates to support the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an interest in recruitment, and the ability to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Support

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate interview feedback and candidate follow-ups.

Candidate Management

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Handle offer rollouts and pre-joining engagement activities.
• Track candidate documentation and onboarding requirements.

Recruitment Operations

• Update and maintain recruitment trackers and applicant databases.
• Generate recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
• Support onboarding and induction activities when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline, MBA Preffered.
• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Sourcing.
• Experience in volume hiring/BPO hiring.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
