Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter with 2–3 years of talent acquisition experience specifically focused on the Automotive / Mobility sector. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment to source, screen, and hire qualified engineering, technical, and operational talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and niche domain roles (e.g., Embedded Software, EV powertrain, Autosar, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, or Dealership Operations).
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, automotive job portals, niche networks, and direct headhunting.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding processes to ensure a high joiner-ratio.
• Maintain pipeline tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience strictly within the Automotive, Mobility, or Auto-Embedded domain.
• Strong understanding of automotive terminology, key skills, and engineering profiles (EV, ADAS, ECU, Mechanical, Production, etc.).
• Proven track record using ATS, job boards, and advanced LinkedIn Boolean search operators.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong candidate engagement abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Role & responsibilities
