Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive - IT Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in recruitment and human resources. The selected candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT positions and work closely with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and recruitment status.
• Update and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with recruitment processes.
