Role: Recruitment Lead/Assistan Manager Recruitment (IT and NON-IT)
Location: Bangalore (BTM Layout)
Experience: 2 - 5 Years in IT Recruitment
Focus: Team Leadership | Stakeholder Management | Client Management | Delivery
Key responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end IT recruitment and ensure delivery against hiring targets
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively
• Understand hiring requirements and develop focused sourcing strategies
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters
• Track team performance, recruitment metrics, TAT, quality, and productivity
• Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams
• Handle escalations and ensure a strong candidate and client experience
• Identify process improvements and drive recruitment best practices
