Walk-in || Recruiter

Position Details:

• Designation: HR Executive
• Male Candidates only
• Travel across PAN India
• Must be fluent with Hindi and english
• Drive handling & Blue collar hiring experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technician and bulk hiring requirements.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and candidate mobilisation.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies for sourcing and fulfilment of hiring requirements.
• Participate as an interview panel member during recruitment drives.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on defined job requirements.
• Manage candidate documentation, verification, and recruitment records.
• Coordinate offers, medicals, visa processing, and joining formalities.
• Track candidate status from sourcing through onboarding and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status reports.
• Monitor agency performance, hiring targets, joining ratios, and recruitment turnaround time.
