Walk-in || Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced *Truck Driver Recruiter* who has hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring truck/heavy vehicle drivers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of driver hiring requirements and the ability to source candidates through multiple channels.

### Key Responsibilities

* Source and recruit *truck drivers, heavy vehicle drivers, and commercial drivers*.

* Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.

* Screen candidates based on *driving experience, license, documentation, and eligibility*.

* Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview/selection rounds.

* Maintain a pipeline of qualified drivers for current and upcoming requirements.

* Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring and joining process.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.

* Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

* Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and reduce dropouts.

### Required Skills & Experience

* *Minimum 1 year of experience in truck/heavy vehicle driver recruitment.*

* Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

* Good knowledge of commercial/truck driver hiring.

* Experience handling *bulk driver hiring* will be an advantage.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work with recruitment targets and tight timelines.

* Comfortable with telephonic recruitment and follow-ups.

### Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in *logistics, transportation, fleet management, staffing, or driver recruitment* will be preferred.
