Walk-in || Recruiter Specialist

Role Summary:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding to ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback.
• Manage recruitment trackers and reports.
• Roll out offers and follow up on joinings.
• Support onboarding and hiring process compliance.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate.
• 2-5 years of recruitment experience.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals.
