Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Good communication and candidate management skills.
• Experience in IT/BPM or digital services recruitment would be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work from the office in Coimbatore.
