About the Role
Haicheng Mobile India Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist with strong expertise in headhunting, executive search, campus hiring, and HRMS-driven recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at sourcing niche and leadership talent, running structured campus hiring drives, and leveraging job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) to build robust talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
2. Conduct headhunting and executive search for niche, senior, and critical/leadership positions across functions.
3.Plan and execute campus hiring programs building relationships with institutes, coordinating pre-placement talks, on-campus/virtual drives, and managing the campus-to-offer pipeline.
4. Manage recruitment operations through the HRMS/ATS requisition tracking, candidate database management, interview scheduling, offer generation, and reporting.
5. Actively source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn (including LinkedIn Recruiter), Indeed, and other job portals, ensuring optimal use of Boolean search techniques.
6. Build and nurture a strong pipeline of passive candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
7.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define JD specifications, and align on hiring strategy and timelines.
8. Screen resumes and conduct first-level interviews to assess technical fit, cultural fit, and role alignment.
9. Track and report recruitment metrics . Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Source Effectiveness, Offer-to-Joining Ratio through HRMS dashboards.
10. Coordinate offer negotiations, manage candidate expectations, and drive joining conversion.
11. Maintain recruitment MIS, ensure data accuracy in the HRMS, and generate periodic hiring reports for management.
12. Continuously evaluate and optimize sourcing channels and campus engagement strategies to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire.
