• Manage Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across various departments.
• Proactive Sourcing: Identify passive talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, and social media.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with team leaders to understand their hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, respectful, and engaging interview process for all applicants.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to improve our processes.
