Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in volume hiring to support high-volume recruitment requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple positions simultaneously, sourcing candidates at scale, and driving the hiring process within defined timelines.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates to meet hiring targets.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely closures.
• Track recruitment metrics, interview schedules, offers, and joining status.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.

Job Specifications - Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in volume hiring / bulk recruitment.
• Proven experience handling multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment drives.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad for the duration of the contract.
