Job Role: Domestic IT Recruiter

Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Any Graduate
Compensation: As per company policy + Performance Incentives

Shift Timings: 9.30 AM 6.30 PM (Mon Fri)
Saturday: 8.30 AM – 1.30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
• Understand job requirements and client hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer and onboarding coordination.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and Internet.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and professional approach.
