Job Description

We are looking for experienced R2R / Account Reconciliation professionals to join our Finance Operations team. The role involves analyzing financial data, reconciling transactions and accounts, identifying discrepancies, and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile General Ledger and Sub-Ledger accounts.
• Analyze financial transactions and operational data.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex accounting and reconciliation issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve outstanding items.
• Follow established accounting processes, controls, and procedures.
• Manage assigned activities independently and contribute to team objectives.
• Handle rotational shifts as required.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 3–16 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Ledger / Account Reconciliation.
• Strong hands-on experience in Account Reconciliations.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from Mumbai – Airoli.
• Face-to-face interview process.
