Walk-in || Record To Report Specialist(Cash posting & Payment Processing)

Role & responsibilities

• Process and post customer cash receipts accurately into the accounting system.
• Apply payments to the appropriate customer invoices and accounts.
• Handle payment processing through bank transfers, checks, and other payment methods.
• Review payment details and supporting documents before processing transactions.
• Identify and resolve unapplied, unidentified, or misapplied payments.
• Prepare and process accounting entries related to cash and payments.
• Ensure transactions are posted accurately and within the required timelines.
• Prepare cash posting, payment, and reconciliation reports
• Identify process issues and support improvements to cash posting and payment processes.
• Experience in cash posting, cash application, or payment processing.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and general ledger activities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
