Walk-in || Receptionist

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Manage visitor entry, maintain visitor records, and issue visitor passes.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and meeting arrangements.
• Receive and dispatch courier items, mail, and other documents.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments for visitor appointments and other requirements.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications are preferred.
• Prior experience in reception, front office, or customer service is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance, polite behavior, and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
• Good organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
