Job Description
We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Real Estate Sales Managers to join our growing team in Noida.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway and NCR residential & commercial real estate markets, along with proven experience in client handling, site visits, negotiations and booking closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle company-generated leads and convert qualified prospects into successful bookings.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets and investment preferences.
- Promote residential projects from reputed real estate developers.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, project presentations and site visits.
- Manage customer follow-ups, negotiations and booking closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and developer sales teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate daily calling, follow-up and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking documentation and payment processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in residential primary sales and new-launch projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to independently handle customers and close deals.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and professional attitude.
- Experience working with real estate developers or channel partner companies preferred.
