Role & responsibilities

Generate, Manage and nurture relationships with prospective customers

Followup leads through calls, watsapp.

Understand customer requirements, budgets, and preferences and recommend suitable property.

Conduct site visits and effectively present/showcase plots and project amenities

expalin project details, specifications, pricing, payment plans and location benefits.

Convert qualified leads into bookings and consistently achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain regular customer follow ups throughout the transaction to ensure a smooth buying experience

Maintain accurate lead and sales records and provide regular updates on pipelines and closure.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong experience in Real estate Sales

Proven Experience in Field sales

Excellent Conversion skills

Strong Negotiation and closing skill

Good knowledge of Plots, Layouts and property Sales

Excellen communication skills

Ebility to achieve monthly Sales targets

Good Knowledge of Chennai Real estate Market

Willingness to travel for site visits and clinet meetings
