Walk-in || Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales of residential/commercial properties in South Mumbai, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
• Conduct property site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Stay updated on South Mumbai market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and optimize conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM system.
• Ensure smooth documentation and coordination with legal/finance teams for deal closures.
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with prior experience specifically in the South Mumbai market.
• Strong understanding of South Mumbai property pricing, inventory, and buyer profile.
• Established network of brokers, channel partners, and HNI clients in South Mumbai.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Real Estate/Business background preferred).
