Walk-in || Real Estate Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Generate leads through various channels and ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
• Handle customer meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Previous experience in team handling and sales management is mandatory.
• Experience in plotted development, farm lands, managed farmlands will be preferred.
