Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and telemarketing to drive real estate sales.
  
• Utilize cross selling techniques to upsell/cross sell properties based on customer needs.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation strategies using real estate marketing tools.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
