What Were Looking For

Candidates with experience in Retail Banking / Branch Operations, especially in teller operations, transaction authorization, cash management, KYC and customer service. Experience in teller supervision will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

A) Authorize cash and transfer transactions and supervise teller operations.

B) Ensure adherence to KYC, compliance and branch processes.

Manage customer service, lobby operations and resolve complaints within TAT.

C) Support sales through customer engagement, lead generation and cross-selling.

D) Promote liability products, savings accounts and third-party products.

Maintain branch records, registers and operational reports.

Monitor teller productivity and provide guidance/training to staff.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience in Retail Banking / Branch Banking / Banking Operations.

Prior experience in teller operations or transaction authorization preferred.

2. Good communication, customer handling and team management skills.

3. Knowledge of KYC, cash operations and banking processes.

JAIIB/CAIIB or relevant banking certifications would be an added advantage.
