About the Role

Q Way Technologies is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our Credit Balance Voice Process team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling credit balance-related activities, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of account-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to credit balance accounts.
• Review and analyze account balances and identify discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally with clients, customers, insurance representatives, or relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up on outstanding credit balance-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and update account information as required.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and performance targets.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical billing, AR, credit balance, or voice process.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of healthcare/medical billing processes is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
