Walk-in || Quantity Surveyor

Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor

Location : Dubai, UAE

Experience : 8-15 yrs

Key responsibilities:

* Prepare and finalize contract documents, attend post-contract meetings, and ensure timely collection of bonds, insurances, and warranties.

* Monitor project budgets, prepare cost-to-complete (CTC) reports, and conduct cost-value reconciliation to keep management informed of project performance.

* Conduct site visits for measurement, prepare interim and final valuations, and follow up on payment certificates and client payments.

* Identify variations and contract changes in liaison with the project team and prepare, submit, negotiate, and follow up on variations.

* Liaise with the project team and head office staff, attend meetings, and support all commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Experience in construction

* Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

NOTE -

Interviews: Two face-to-face rounds in Lower Parel, Mumbai, during the first week of September.
