Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from drawings.
• Verify quantities and monitor material consumption at site.
• Prepare and process Client RA Bills and Contractor Bills.
• Perform rate analysis and cost control.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Accounts.
• Track project progress and prepare billing-related MIS reports.
• Reconcile quantities and prepare final bills.
• Handle variation orders, extra items, and change orders.
• Maintain billing records and project documentation.
• Preferred: Prepare project schedules using MS Project/Primavera and monitor project progress.

Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years years of experience in Quantity Surveying & Billing.
• Experience in Commercial & IT Office Interior Fit-Out Projects is mandatory.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and project billing.
• Good understanding of interior finishing materials and execution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Project planning experience is preferred.
• Strong communication in English/ Hindi & and coordination skills.
