Walk-in || Qualtrics Survey Support

Qualtrics Survey Support role:

The CX Qualtrics Survey role is responsible for working with fellow CX Qualtrics practitioners, insight consultants and researchers by transforming their research and insights needs into survey programming and dashboard builds. This is an individual contributor role that will be part of a dynamic team of individuals that provide similar work for other business units.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer research (CX) requirements into Qualtrics platform
• Program, build and test surveys, email templates, dashboards, and reports from the feedback platform
• Build workflows to automate tasks
• Collaborate with researchers and insight consultants in programming surveys
• Work with data/technology representatives in ensuring data and lists used are clean and complete
• Build ticketing protocols that will facilitate closed loop
• Manage the samples for each of these programs and ensure that automation is built to support a robust feedback platform

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in project management activities
• Knowledge of survey tools like Qualtrics, Medallia, etc.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Advanced experience using Qualtrics is a must. Considered a plus:
• Qualtrics CX certification
• Experience with Directories, APIs and Qualtrics workflows
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
• Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to incorporate AI tools, agents in day to day activities
• Advanced knowledge of project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
