Walk-in || Quality Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities in steel casting and machining operations. The candidate must ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ASTM/ASME standards, customer specifications and applicable quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quality control for carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and duplex steel castings.
• Handle chemical analysis, mechanical testing, dimensional inspection and NDT.
• Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, CAPA and 8D reports.
• Ensure heat-wise traceability, quality documentation, calibration and audit compliance.
• Reduce rejection, rework and customer complaints through continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, Melting, Fettling and Machining departments.
• Lead the Quality team and ensure timely inspection and dispatch clearance.
