About this role
- Set up and follow inspection procedures for incoming products. Check quantities, SKUs, product condition, packaging, and labels before stock is accepted.
- Inspect customer returns and return-to-origin products. Classify items for resale, repackaging, repair, or disposal according to company guidelines.
- Conduct spot checks during picking and packing to catch wrong items, missing parts, damaged products, and labeling errors before dispatch.
- Investigate customer complaints and recurring defects, identify their causes, and coordinate corrective action with warehouse, procurement, and supplier teams.
- Track supplier-related defects and share clear feedback on product quality, packaging, and inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain inspection records and report quality measures such as defect rates, order accuracy, return reasons, and stock discrepancies.
- Train warehouse staff on product handling, inspection standards, and packing requirements.
